Question:
I asked Thule and they say there is no such restriction on the Stacker. I cant find it in their specs, but if you know something important from experience, I want to know. Our second kayak is 11.5feet. Thanks.

I spoke with my contact at Thule and she told me that you can only use the Thule Stacker # TH830 with polyethylene kayaks that are less than 10 feet in length. Anything else can potentially damage the kayak since it basically will be resting right on the crossbars of the roof rack.
Do you remember who you spoke with at Thule that said you could carry longer kayaks than 10 feet on the Stacker?
For longer kayaks you would want the part # Y04073 instead. I attached a review video.
