I was comparing the following Cort hitches and had a couple questions: 1 why is it more difficult to install 13160? 2 is one of higher quality? #13084 #13160 99 Jeep Cherokee Thanks,

The install for the two hitches you mentioned are going to be the exact same. The difference is that the # 13084 has a square cross tube and the part # 13160 uses a round cross tube. It's purely an aesthetic thing. Some people prefer the look of one over the other.
Since the square tube hitch # 13084 costs less it would be what I would go with. I attached an install video for this hitch for you to check out as well.
