Question:

I have a new 2016 Ram 3500 with 8 foot bed. I need to add a retractable cover for the bed but Id also like to have a tool box in the front bed area. I will have a 5th wheel hitch in the bed. Can you recommend a cover/tool box combination that will work? Thanks.

To do a retractable tonneau cover for your 2016 RAM 3500 and use a tool box will require you do go with a box that will fit underneath the tonneau.

The RetraxPRO part # RT80233 would be the cover that would work best for you as it is a fit for your truck and will retract far enough to fit a chest tool box. This has a matte black finish.

The DeeZee Red Label Truck Bed Toolbox # DZ8537 would then fit under the cover and would work well. I attached an install video for you to check out.

This would work well with your fifth wheel hitch too.
