Will the Rackem ra25 Wheel Lock fit a 12-13inch boat trailer wheel and tire...Thanks,

Yes, the Rack'em Manufacturing Lock'em Magnum Wheel Lock # RA-25 can fit wheels that are from 12 inches to 20 inches in diameter. The kit comes with two size hooks on either end. One is smaller for 12"-15" wheels, the other 15"-20" wheels.
