If the trailer weighs less than 2,000 lbs the Curt hitch part # C11555 that you referenced would be capable of towing it. This hitch has a 2,000 lb total trailer capacity and 200 lb tongue weight capacity.
To complete your towing setup you would want the part # C45572 for a ball mount with a 2 inch ball or part # C45571 for a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball.
For trailer wiring you would then want the Curt Harness part # C56158. I attached an install video for this plus one for the hitch as well.
