Replacement Mounting Bracket for Yakima SpaceBooster

Question:
Hello, I have an older Yakima SpaceBooster that I purchased used. It came without mounting hardware. What can I order to mount this to my 2012 Chrysler Town Country with OEM roof rack?

For the older Yakima SpaceBooster all we have is the Yakima Replacement Luggage Knobs # Y8870048 which is new knobs. Since the box is so old the rest of the parts for the box have been discontinued.
