I have a lifted truck with larger tires. I seen that you can lift cattle trailers safely. ..would the general idea also work with a camper? And be safe and reliable.

Lifted pickups and ones with extra-large tires can make trailer towing difficult due to the height difference between the vehicle and trailer.
We do offer axle over-under kits # K71-384-00 and # K71-385-00 for 2-3/8-inch and 3-inch axle diameters that will increase the trailer's height and allow it to remain more level when hitched. These can be used on travel trailers. These kits also have the effect of raising the trailer's center of gravity, which can lead to some sway, so keep that in mind too.
