Are the AKHD-545-2-2K drum assemblies compatible with the AKEBRK-2L and AKEBRK-2R brake assemblies? I also would like to know the mounting hole spacing on the brake assemblies. Thanks,

Yes, the Trailer Hub part # AKHD-545-2-2K that you referenced is compatible with the brake assemblies # AKEBRK-2L and # AKEBRK-2R.
The bolt pattern is the standard brake mounting 4 bolt pattern of 4 on 4 inch.
