This motor looks like what I have. The number on the fan motor is 194630 and I found another number 88-465-5. Thanks for any help you have.

I spoke to my contact at Ventline and he informed me that they have one motor that they use for replacements in their Ventline 120V AC range hoods that is a two speed motor that can be wired as low single speed and high single speed or two-speed. That motor is part # BVD0278-00. This motor looks similar to the one you referenced, so this would be your best bet for a replacement motor.
