Will the Ultra Fab Solar Panel Fan Still Vent at Night

Question:
will vent still vent gases from sewer if fan is not working? say like at night or if fan breaks?

The fan of the # UF53-945001 will only be turning during the day when there is sunlight. But air can still travel in and out of the vent when the fan isn't turning.
The solar panel of the vent will not store power. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
