Just to be clear, part # 118270 will work with a 2016 chevy traverse without the tow package but has rear air conditioning?? Thanks,

Since your 2015 Chevy Traverse does NOT have the tow package but Does have the rear AC unit I recommend wiring harness # 118270. It includes the necessary fuses and relays to activate the wiring tow package and will be easier to install that trying to adapt a different harness to fit.
The install of the # C56181 is blocked as the AC unit not allow access to the rear taillights.
