Will the Curt 17120 work with a Blue Ox Sway Pro with 1,000 lbs bars?

Yes the Curt weight distribution shank part # 17120 that you referenced will work with Blue Ox weight distribution heads like what the # BXW1000 has. We have found that most companies design the heads of their systems to fit the same size shanks. The holes on the shank are 3/4 inch in diameter and are 1-1/4 inches apart on center.
