can i use this bolt on a pro rack 4 bike tilt rack?

For your ProRack 4-bike carrier you will actually need Replacement Hardware for Rhode Gear Highway Bike Carriers # RG890247. The pin itself is not available as a replacement part; only this kit. But on the plus side it never hurts to have spare parts!
