I was looking at the Air force 1 proportional unit? What would be the preferred stone protection? Will I need the any adapter for the hitch height to tow bar? The GMC is on a 5.5 BDS lift on Toyo M/T 275/55R20/8 Thank you for any assistance.

For motor homes that have air brakes there's nothing better than the SMI Air Force One braking system, # SM99243, so I do highly recommend it for your 2016 GMC Canyon and 2016 Allegro coach. The system comes with a breakaway system so you will not need to add one separately.

To protect the Canyon from debris kicked up by the RV tires I recommend the KarGard, # BX8870, which will mount at the front of the Canyon on the tow bar arms. I have included a link to a video showing an example installation for you.

You may also need a high-low adapter to keep the tow bar level. I have included a link to a help article that explains how to measure to determine the size adapter needed, if any. I have also included a link to the high/low adapters for you.
