To select new hubs you'll need to match 3 bits of information: axle capacity (which you know), wheel bolt pattern and the bearing set used inside your existing hubs.
You can use the linked page for hubs to select your wheel bolt pattern. There are several different 5-bolt patterns and the linked article will help you confirm which you have.
Using the linked page, click on the 2200-lb axle rating and your 14-inch wheel size. Then select your bolt pattern. Finally, using your current hub bearing numbers, match those using the filters on the page. For example, if you have a 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern idler hub that uses bearings L44649, then you could use hub # 8-258-50UC1-EZ.
