Can the Track of Rhino-Rack Roof Rack System w/ 2 Heavy-Duty Square Crossbars # Y01-120B be Cut

Question:

I found someone asked this question but the answer wasnt towards the track but to the square cross bars. I need to know if the track system that bolts to my canopy can be cut down? I think they are 63inch and that would be a little too long for my f150 short box leer canopy.
