To be able to tow your Boler travel trailer and carry bikes at the same time I recommend the Curt multipurpose ball mount # D210. I have linked a video review for you.
The top receiver portion accepts a 2 inch accessory and has a 350 pound tongue weight capacity. The whole ball mount is rated for 7,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 750 pounds tongue weight. So the combined weight of the loaded bike rack and the trailer's tongue weight cannot exceed 750 pounds.
The Roadmaster high/low adapters cannot be used for towing trailers. They are for flat towing a vehicle behind a motor home only.
I recommend a nice light weight bike rack such as the Kuat Beta, # B202-2, which weighs just over 12 pounds and holds 2 bikes. I have linked a video review of this rack for you. Keep in mind that turning clearance will be reduced when carrying bikes between the back of the tow vehicle and the front of the trailer.
