The seat adapter listed for your 2015 Ford F-150 to use the BrakeMaster Supplemental braking system is # RM-88316.
For a wiring kit you can use 4-diode set # RM-15267 if you want a permanent solution and will be doing a lot of flat towing. Or for occasional use you may be interested in the Roadmaster # RM-2120.
