will this part work on a 2001 f250 with a b@w gooseneck hitch installed also

The frame mounting plates for the B&W Turnover Ball Gooseneck Hitch attach to the outboard sides of the truck frame, while the Timbren # TFR250SDF Aeon Springs you referenced install by replacing the factory bump stops that mount to the underside of the frame. Neither system would interfere with the other. I've provided a photo showing how the gooseneck frame mounting bracket sits in relation to the factory bump stop.
