I called my contact at Lippert and they told me the 119115 number you referenced is actually the Lippert 1621 pin box.

We do not offer a Flex Air pin box that has a weight capacity of 21,000-lbs. The highest capacity Flex Air unit we offer is part # LC328492. it has a capacity of 18,000-lbs.

We do offer the Rota-Flex pin box, part # LC328329, that can replace your 1621, and has a 21,000-lb capacity. This system has a pivoting head and built-in rubber compound that absorbs road shock and helps create a smoother ride with less chucking.
