Can a Zero-Turn Mower Drive Over E-Track Installed on Trailer Floor
Updated 02/23/2016 | Published 02/21/2016 >
Question:
I plan to outfit my utility trailer with etrack horizontal down the long sides of my trailer and vertical down the short sides. With this positioning I will drive over the rearward piece of etrack on occasions where I haul my zero turn lawn mower. The wheels may even sit on the pieces on the long sides of the trailer. Will that cause a problem and specifically crush or bend the etrack? I dont haul my zero turn often and wish to have the etrack setup primarily for all the other uses. At the same time I dont want to have it all busted up looking and perhaps not working in spots where its crushed.

The E-tracks like the part # E19148 are very sturdy. This piece has a 6k capacity so your mower riding over them would not be an issue at all. Your trailer floor would give out long before the E-track would get damaged.
