I am interested in a headache rack with some over the cab storage. Is this something you can supply or advise on?

We do have some options that are similar to what you are looking for your 2006 Ford Super Duty but, they are ladder racks and not headache racks. If you have an 8 foot bed I recommend the TracRac sliding ladder rack with over the cab extension # TH43003XT-010EX. There is also a similar, non-sliding version, # TH37003XT-EX. And for a more economical option, you could take a look at the # EM07707.
For a short bed the sliding ladder rack with extension is # TH43003XT-510EX. The other options are the same as the long bed, # TH37003XT-EX, # TH91000 or # EM07707.
