If your Husky Jack uses an inner pipe that's 2 inches in diameter, you can indeed move your # FA88-00-6500 Fastway Flip Jack Foot onto your Husky # HT87247 jack. Since the Husky Jack you referred to has an inner tube with a 2 inch outside diameter, the Fastway Flip Jack Foot will work just fine for you.
