Question:
Hello, Im looking to get a hitch setup for my 2004 Toyota Highlander V6 and I would like to get some recommendations. I will be towing a tent trailer with a dry weight of 2425#. So far I like the 2004 Toyota Highlander Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2inch but that is far as Ive gotten. I would like an anti-sway, weight distribution hitch that allows backup. What do you recommend?

First let's start with a trailer hitch for your 2004 Toyota Highlander. The Draw Tite part # 75153 that you referenced would be an excellent choice confirmed to fit.
You will need trailer wiring too. For that the part # 118413 has been confirmed as a fit. I attached install videos for both of these products.
The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached a help article on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well. You will want the loaded tongue weight of your setup to fall right in the middle of the tongue weight range of the system you use.
Most likely the Strait Line part # RP66083 would be ideal for you. This system has a tongue weight range of 400-800 lbs and features the only sway control on the market designed to fight sway before it starts. With all WD systems you don't want to jackknife the setup when you are backing up. As long as you back up mostly straight you can leave the spring bars of this system installed.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
