Since the Yakima FullSwing 4 # Y02465 offers 15 inches of clearance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the upright mast, it is certainly possible that it will fit on your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the foot of the carrier measures 9 inches. There is a simple measurement you will want to take to ensure that the bike rack will fit and clear the spare tire on the back of your vehicle.
You will want to use a dowel rod or yard stick held at the back of the spare tire, and then measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the yard stick. This will let us know how much clearance is needed for your vehicle's spare tire. I have attached a help article on measuring this clearance for you.
If your spare tire requires less than 15 inches of clearance from the hitch pin hole, and you have a 2 inch hitch receiver on your Wrangler Unlimited, the FullSwing # Y02465 will work great for you.
If you do not already have a trailer hitch installed, I recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Receiver Hitch # DT78MR. I have attached an installation video of the hitch.
