We have a couple different options for you to upgrade the components on your boat trailer.
For a kit that comes with a hub and rotor, you can use the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit, 13 Inch Hub/Rotor with 8 on 6-1/2 Wheel Bolt Pattern for 8,000 Pound Dexter Axles # K2HR89DDS. This kit comes with dacromet-plated, cast iron rotor-and-hub assemblies and mounting brackets, stainless steel calipers, and stainless steel mounting bolts. The bearings, races, and seal measurements you provided match those used in this kit.
For stainless steel rotors and calipers that will fit over your existing hubs, you can use the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit, 13 Inch Rotor, 8 on 6-1/2 Inch Wheel Bolt Pattern for 8,000 Pound Dexter Axle. If your wheel bolts are 5/8 inches, you will want kit # K2R858DS. If your wheel bolts are 9/16 inches, you will want kit # K2R89DS. Both of these kits include stainless steel rotors, calipers, caliper mounting brackets, and mounting bolts.
All of these kits come with components for 2 wheels. To put components on all of the wheels in a tandem axle set-up, you will want 2 of the same kit.
We do not have any brake lines made entirely from stainless steel. The lines I recommend are the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit, Tandem Axle, 20 Feet # 20TA-BLKIT. These lines have stainless steel ends and brass fittings that will hold up well against the salt water.
I have attached a link to all of our brake lines in case you need a different length line for your trailer.
