Im purchasing a trailer. The top of the coupler is 18 inches from ground level, when the trailer is level . My trucks receiver hitch measures 25 inches from ground level , at top of the inside of the 2 inch receiver. My question is, will the D900 hitch work to keep the trailer level when towing ? If not do you offer an option ? Thank you.

To tow your trailer you will ideally want to go with a ball mount that will give you a 7 inch drop.
The # D900 can do up to a 6 inch drop. Which if the rear suspension of your vehicle will sag slightly when it is hooked up to the trailer then it will end up being about right.
Otherwise the best alternative would be the B and W Stow and Tow part # BWTS10049B which also has the three hitch ball, but can do up to 7 inches of drop.
