The part # PK12727 is an adapter that does exactly what you described. It goes from a 7-way blade on a truck to a trailer that has a 7-way round connector.
You might also consider removing the existing 7-pin connector from the trailer, and replacing it with the 7-way blade plug like part # A7WCB. The 7-way round pin is getting fairly close to being obsolete. The 7-way blade connector is much more prevalent.
