You can still get the box up on your Yukon but you'll have to do a little bit of customizing in order to adapt an alternative install kit. I checked with my contact at Yakima about hardware options for mounting your 2002 Rocketbox on your 2014 Yukon. Unfortunately in the case of your 2002 Rocketbox Yakima is completely out of their hardware kits. Since the box is now out of warranty you lose no warranty coverage by modifying it slightly.
A cost-effective option is to use replacement hardware kit # CTC-18PARTS. This consists of 4 sets of u-bolts, knobs and top and bottom plates. It may be necessary to drill a few new holes in your box to accommodate the new hardware kit. This hardware will work on crossbars up to 3-3/4-inches wide x 2-inches tall. Old/extra holes can be sealed up using sealant # LT37467.
You may also be able to find suitable carriage bolts and other hardware at a local hardware store.
