Question:
I realize this light is for an 11/16 hole. The hole already in my trailer for the clearance light is 1. Do you have a 1inch model so the grommet sits in their tightly or do you suggest I buy this one and fill the hole with sealant? If neither options are available then can you recommend an amber oval rectangle clearance light with 2 wires that I can glue on to the trailer so I dont have to drill new holes to hold in the clearance light?

I have a solution for you, but the Optronics Sealed, Uni-Lite Mini LED Side Marker and Clearance Light # MCL11AKB that you referenced does not come in a larger size to fit the existing 1 inch diameter hole in your trailer. I do not recommend using the # MCL11AKB and filling the hole with sealant.
I also do not recommend gluing the trailer clearance light to the trailer. The light should be installed as intended by the manufacturer. Some surface mount lights will ground through their mounting hardware.
For a small, amber, 2 wire, clearance light I recommend the Optronics Sealed, Mini LED Side Marker, Clearance or ID Light # MCL13A2B. The sealed housing is waterproof and the LED lights will last much longer than incandescent bulbs. This light measures 2-1/2 inches long x 1-1/16 inches wide x 11/16 inches deep. I've attached an installation video of this light for you.
If you would like a slightly larger clearance light, you can use the Optronics Sealed, Rectangular LED Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light # MCL49AB. This light measures 3-7/8 inches long x 2 inches wide x 1 inch deep.
