I checked the owners manual for a 2013 Buick Enclave and you will need to remove the 15 amp OnStar and ECM fuse. These are in the battery compartment behind the passenger seat on the floor.
You will also need to remove the 50 amp BATT1 fuse from the underhood fuse block.
For your 50-amp fuse you can use Blue Ox ByPass Switch # BX88274 and for your 15-amp mini fuse Blue Ox # BX88272.
What this will do is allow you to deactivate these circuits with just a switch instead of having to remove the fuses everytime.
