If you are installing the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch, item # 13251, on a 2005 to 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee (except SRT8), there will be no cutting of the fascia required to install the hitch.
If your vehicle has any aftermarket parts, then that will need to be determined at the time of installation.
Some items you may need with the Class III hitch are listed below.
Drawbar # C45010
Hitch Ball # 19260 or # 19247
Hitch Lock Kit # e99039
