The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88396 will fit your 2016 Ford F-250 4X4 if it has a 5th wheel hitch installed using universal-fit brackets like # RP30035 and not custom-fit installation brackets like # C16424-204. Custom brackets will block the mounting point for the Air Lift kit.
If you cannot use the Air Lift kit you can still use medium-duty SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs # SSR-114-47. This set of USA-made rear jounce springs replaces your factory bump stops and installs without drilling on trucks with 5th wheel hitches and with or without factory top overload springs.
