Haulmark Utility Trailer Replacement Roof Vent Lid Recommendation

Question:

I have a 2010 haulmark transport and need to replace the roof vent lid, which is totally gone. I cant find any part number or brand on the frame. When I measure across the top it is 13-1/2inch x 13-1/2inch from the top of rim to top of rim where the lid covers. Is this the measurement I need to know what to order or is there another place to measure from? I am also attaching a photo that maybe you could determine which lid I need. Thank you,
