Need a hub with a 1.0 outer and 1.35 inner spindle measurement with 5 4.5 wheel

The spindle we offer that has the closest dimensions to what you listed will be an 84 spindle like part # TRU64FR. The surface of the spindle where the bearings will ride is 1.06 inch and 1.38 inch which is pretty close to what you have but not exact so you would want to double check the measurements you took.
For a hub then with the bolt pattern 5 on 4-1/2 inch like you said you need you would want the part # 84545BX.
