Truck Tailgate Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2007 Toyota Tacoma

Question:
SR26461: tail gate pad. your website lists the product with or without Cargo Management Rails. I am buying this for someone else. What are these? And how do they affect the product? Also, does the product fit all Tacomas? different years?

The cargo management rails are a set of rails installed in the truck bed of the 2007 Toyota Tacoma.
Due to how the Softride Tailgate Pad Bicycle Transporter # SR26461 installs it won't matter if the person's truck you are buying this for has them or not. Either way this will fit and work well.
The reason this is mentioned in the truck bed bike rack fit guide is that some of the other racks install differently and the cargo management setup plays a factor in whether or not they will fit.
This rack has been confirmed to fit the 2005-2016 Toyota Tacomas so far.
