do you have a license plate frame/holder for the smaller trailer plates that are approx. 10 by 5?

You could use a license plate holder like part # CE26053A as it has adjustable mounting slots to accommodate the smaller license plate you have.
But as far as a frame that goes totally around the plate that is not available.
