12 Volt Accessory 7-Way Circuit Fuse Location

Question:

I was replacing a non working 7pin plug assembly on the back of my truck after getting it wired I was testing the contact to make sure I had them alinged properly. I then accidentally touched my tester to two contacts and lost power to my 12V contact, there has to be a fuse that has blown I would think. If you have an answer I would greatly appreciate the help. Thanks

Under the hood of your 2005 Chevy Silverado there will be a 12 volt accessory circuit fuse that blew.

I attached a picture for you to check out that shows exactly where the fuse will be.
