Question:
I have old DA91 need new mstr cylinder drum brakes. Old style cap screwed into cased housing and mstr cylinder did not have a cover plate. It just had a gasket that sucked up to the housing with 4bolts. Does the replacement #5650 come with a cover and cap? Does the new cover and cap fit thru the original hole without having to modify? The reason I ask is the housing threads for the cap are damaged.

The Demco replacement master cylinder # 5650 is designed to replace the master cylinder of the Demco Drum actuators like the part # DM72VR.
It would install exactly like the one you removed would install. It comes with new cover, gasket, and cap.
The cap will thread on just like the old one of your setup did.
