Looking at the photos for this cooler, the suv looks like a Honda not the Toyota Highlander so I wonder if this is the correct part for my 07 Highlander, How can we be sure?

The Derale # D13503 transmission cooler isn't a vehicle specific item, so it would work just fine on your Highlander. The transmission cooler would install directly behind the grille, in front of the AC condenser and radiator, for maximum airflow. The cooler would tap into the transmission return line from the radiator to the transmission, the fitting you need will depend on the diameter of the transmission line. For a 5/16 diameter line, use the # D13031 fitting or the # D13032 for a 3/8 inch fitting.
