Where Will Hub Center of Wheel Be In Relation to Trailer Frame With Install of Timbren TASR7KS02

Hi, I have a question about product: TASR7KS02 Is the 4 inches between the center tube and center axle when fully loaded? Thank you in advance. Regards:

When the Timbren Axle Less system part # TASR7KS02 is installed the center of the spindle will be 3/8 inches above the bottom of the trailer frame when unloaded. At full deflection (compression of the systems rubber springs), it will end up sitting 2-1/2 inches lower that that as well.
So it would be then 2-7/8 inches above the trailer frame.
I attached a diagram that has all of the dimensions of this system as well.
