Published 11/03/2015 >
Question:
I have a 36 foot Paradise Point fifth wheel RV with 6000 lbs Lippert axles that I would like to upgrade to disc brakes. Do you have a kit to fit these axles? The info on the axles is Lc 160 - 86.5 - 68.5 - SPOB - os - L Serial #061899 It has 16inch wheels with six bolts.

Expert Reply:
I checked with Lippert and their 6k axle uses the bearing numbers 15123 and 25580. Because we know that we know that the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR526D will fit your axle since it uses the same bearing numbers.
I also attached a couple help articles on adding disc brakes to a trailer for you to check out as well.
