Question:

Dou you have or can you provide the exact dimensions for the CE Smith Deep V Keel Roller Assembly for Boat Trailers - Galvanized Steel/Black Rubber - 12? Is there a technical drawing? If not, what is the overall height, width and depth and what is the diameter of the roller on each end and in the middle? Also, how much does it protrude the edge of the mounting bracket?

I do not have a technical/engineering drawing of the CE Smith Deep V Keel Roller Assembly # CE10405G that I can send to you but I did take one from our warehouse to measure it for you. Many of these measurements are shown on the photo I prepared for you.

Overall height taken from the bottom of the mounting surface up to the center outside edge of the roller is 4-1/4-inches. The tallest part of the bracket itself (measured where the roller shaft is) is 3-3/8-inches.

The sides of the bracket are 12-inches apart measured on their outside surfaces and are 11-3/4-inches apart measured on their inside surfaces. The 5-inch-long mounting slots are spaced at 10-inches center to center. The footprint of the base that contacts the mounting surface measures 12 x 6-3/8-inches.

The widest part of the entire assembly is the shaft, which with its end caps included measures 13-inches tip to tip. These caps will therefore extend out about 1/2-inch on either side of the bracket.

The roller itself measures 2-1/4-inches at its center point and 3-3/8-inches at either end.
