Question:
I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I tow an 8 1/2 foot wide trailer. Will these mirrors fit my Jeep and be wide enough to see along the side of the trailer?

The K-Source Universal Towing Mirror # KS3891 should fit your 1993 Jeep Cherokee just fine as long as your mirrors have a lip that run around the outside of the mirror.
I may have a better option though to see around your wide trailer though.
A door mounted mirror like the part # 11650 would be your best solution. This mirror mounts securely to your door to provide a stable mirror plus it is adjustable in width up to 17 inches so it would give you the ability to adjust your viewing angle to see what's behind you the best.
