Difference in Overall Tire Diameter of 235/75R15 and ST235/80R16

Question:
Cattle Trailer I purchased has 235/75R 15 tires and I need to know how much bigger is the TA39VR wheel tire combination as compared to what is currently on it? It has fenders and I want to make sure I can increase my load rating by switching to the 16inch wheel and still work.
