For a 2006 Lexus RX330, you'd need to use a Universal Towing Mirror like the K-Source # KS3891. The mirror features ratcheting rubberized straps for a tight, secure fit with little to no vibration, which is why this particular mirror is so highly rated by our customers.
None of our towing mirror manufacturers offer a custom towing mirror for a Lexus RX330.
