I have a 2013 Fiat 500 convertible. Ive had a class 1, 1.25 inch hitch installed. Im looking at your Reese # 63155 cargo carrier. Do you think that would be a good carrier for my vehicle? Also, would the Silent Act anti rattle receiver lock SHP 2082 work with this? If I decide on a light kit which would you recommend? Thank you,
