The part # RP30145 is a safety chain holder that would get installed in the hitch prep package of a Ram like your 2015 Ram 3500. The chains would be installed on the gooseneck trailer that you would end up towing.
A safety chain like the part # FCHA0070324 would be a great option if your trailer does not have safety chains.
