Will these mirrors fit my 2007 Ram 1500? Is there another application that fits better?

There are several styles of towing mirrors that will fit the 2007 Dodge Ram pickup (see link). The most economical custom fit mirrors we have are the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors, item # CTM3100B, which slide over your existing mirrors and and attach easily.

If you like the universal towing mirrors then the Universal Clip-On Towing Mirror, item # KS3891, that you mentioned will work on your truck and the CIPA Deluxe Door Mount Mirror, item # 11650, mounts to the top of the door between the door and window and to the bottom of the door.
