Question:

I have a 2014 Mustang Gt and want to connect my eTrailer hidden hitch to a European trailer with separate left/rt turn flashers and stop light. I have purchased yr product 118487 and was hoping to use your other product: 118158 There is a note about diodes at the bottom of the description. I do not understand what these products are. Is there a pack with everything I need? Or please send me the links of everything I need. Thanks

The note you mentioned for the # 118158 is for when it is used for flat towing. Since your plan is to use this adapter to make an adapter for towing a trailer you can disregard that.

The # 118158 would be the correct adapter to use to convert your trailer taillight signals from combined to separate and would work with the # 118487.
